We partnered with the LouLou team to search for someone to join them as a Merchandise Planning Manager. This person would be responsible for building their planning infrastructure from scratch. It was extremely important to not only find someone with the right skill set, but also a person who wanted to be part of a scaling family-run organization and have the capacity to deliver and significantly impact the business’ future.

We were able to hire this person to their team, and see it grow with the hiring of a Production Associate who reports to this role
