HOW WE HELPED:
Our People Operations Team was engaged to help guide the Redstamp Team through the turbulent waters of 2020 and provide strategic oversight by crafting an intentional roadmap that was based on the results of an HR Audit and Employee Engagement survey. We were engaged to provide executive-level oversight and expertise in People Operations at a time where this was non-existent.
Supporting their team as a Fractional Director of People Operations, we oversaw everything from performance management to payroll to recruitment marketing and every little thing in between. Working in 2-week sprints allowed us to be as agile while achieving key deliverables in our co-created roadmap.
People Operation’s overarching goal for 2021 is to ensure the existing team is happy and engaged while continuing to add to headcount in a thoughtful and strategic way. Other ways we continue to support include:
Implementing a full performance management program within first 3-weeks of partnership
Acheived a 100% response rate to the employee engagement survey and delivered actionable insights
Improving processes and procedures for Developer position from 90+ days to 45 days
