Nicole’s current focus is on expanding Beacon HR’s reach without compromising what sets it apart: an unwavering commitment to high-quality delivery, strong values alignment, and a deeply human approach to client experience. Nicole is an active member of the business community, having spent six years on the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and EO Accelerator Program boards. Outside of work, find Nicole in nature, on the water, or on a ski hill, splitting her time between Seattle and Vancouver.

With a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Rochelle also specializes in employer branding, DE&I strategy, and creating inclusive, values-driven candidate and employee experiences that support long-term retention and growth. She partners closely with leadership teams to build strong Employer Value Propositions and aligned hiring practices rooted in transparency, empathy & impact. In addition to her work with Beacon, Rochelle is also a Life, Well-being, and Career Coach supporting working moms and caregivers in designing careers that align with their skills, joy, and lifestyle. In her free time, you’ll find her reading the latest romance or thriller novel or heading to the park with her kids and puppy for an afternoon adventure.

With extensive education, designations and certifications in HR, she is a committed lifelong learner who approaches her work with both depth and curiosity. Known for her thoughtful, calm, and empathetic approach, Stephanie meets leaders and employees where they are while helping organizations scale intentionally and sustainably. Outside of work, you’ll find Stephanie at pilates, exploring and creating all things matcha, or leaning into creative pursuits like floral preservations.

Meet Char! With an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and a decade of experience across tech, professional services, and not-for-profit, Char supports organizations by building strong people strategies and high-performing, values-driven cultures. She leads Beacon’s inbound client experience from first conversation through to partnership, guiding prospective clients through a seamless, values-aligned process and ensuring strong alignment with our team’s work. Internally, she leads Beacon’s people strategy and selectively partners on high-touch client engagements, focusing on organizational design, and leadership coaching. Known for her authenticity, kindness, and ability to bring clarity to complexity, Char brings what she calls “BEEE” (Big Empathy & Equity Energy) to everything she does. Outside of work, you can find her with her husband and friends, baking cakes, rollerblading, playing board games, or hanging out with her rescue dog, Cass.

Gabby sits at the center of the client experience, ensuring every engagement is structured, supported, and set up to deliver real impact. She partners closely with internal team members, ensuring clarity, consistency, and momentum from kickoff through to execution. With an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Gabby brings both academic depth and practical insight to her work. Gabby brings a steady, thoughtful presence to every interaction and is deeply committed to creating positive, lasting experiences for both clients and the Beacon team. Gabby’s dog Maggie is her favourite camping, big hike and outdoor exploring partner!
