The People Operations Team was engaged initially to perform an HR Audit. We took a look “under the hood” and reviewed existing documentation, processes & procedures, and people frameworks to put together a detailed report on areas under the People Operations umbrella that Flywheel was doing well, opportunities for improvement and key pieces that didn’t exist at the moment.
Our support helped to illuminate Flywheel’s blindspots and put processes and procedures in perspective through a People Operations lens. We also:
Provided a framework to enable Flywheel to build out their HR infrastructure and scale quickly
Crafted an employee handbook built upon their mission, vision and values.
Helped fill the top of the candidate funnel, built awareness of their employer brand and deliver top prospective candidates and passive talent for their open roles
We’re currently partnered with Flywheel to assist with their Talent Acquisition strategy and are supporting their growth through our monthly retained Talent Map service.
