HOW WE HELPED:
We were brought on to become their internal Talent Acquisition Team. Our team worked effectively and efficiently with their Leadership Team to hire eight new Sales Coaches across North America, in England and Ireland. We also helped build out their recruitment process to ensure the process was replicable and scalable, and to ensure the data they received in the interviews was what they were looking for.
