Nicole is an active member of the business community, sitting on the Board of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and volunteering through Mission Possible and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. With a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Rochelle also specializes in employer branding, DE&I strategy, and creating inclusive, values-driven candidate and employee experiences that support long-term retention and growth. She partners closely with leadership teams to build strong Employer Value Propositions and aligned hiring practices rooted in transparency, empathy & impact. In addition to her work with Beacon, Rochelle is also a Life, Well-being, and Career Coach supporting working moms and caregivers in designing careers that align with their skills, joy, and lifestyle. In her free time, you’ll find her reading the latest romance or thriller novel or heading to the park with her kids and puppy for an afternoon adventure.

Meet Char, senior HR and talent acquisition specialist. With an M.A. in Organizational Psychology, Char specializes in supporting organizations as they scale up by discovering A+ talent and nurturing value-driven cultures. During her career, she's primarily focused on working within the tech industry - hiring folks from support to engineering to executive teams. People often tell her they appreciate her authenticity, kindness and ability to reframe challenging situations. Char is passionate about living her life with what she calls "BEEE," or Big Empathy & Equity Energy, both inside and outside work. When she isn't helping connect people with their dream jobs, she loves to bake her friends dream cakes, rollerblade, play Catan or the Sims or hang with her small rescue dog, Cass!

With a special talent for connecting deeply and empathetically with leaders and employees, their passion for their craft and Beacon Bright approach shines through in the empathy, care and authenticity that Han brings to their partnership with their clients and peers. An avid learner of the human brain, Gabby integrates neuropsychology into her organizational work in every way she can, from developing new processes to leading cultural transformation. His career started in hospitality, managing restaurants, and evolved into working with early-stage startups and small businesses to implement accounting software, streamline financial processes, and ensure HR compliance. A Business Administration grad with a specialization in Accounting, his tailored approach helps us take the complex and make it simple. Rodolfo truly embodies our Beacon Bright brand and brings a little bit of joy to our ops, resourcing, and financials! Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and playing The Sims.

With a deep understanding of high-volume hiring and recruitment strategy, she has led teams through rapid growth, optimized hiring processes, and implemented scalable talent solutions to support evolving business needs. Passionate about career development and lifelong learning, she continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education in HR Management and Career Development. Outside of her work, Heather loves bringing people together, whether hosting family and friend gatherings, attending live shows, dancing in the kitchen with her husband and daughter, or planning her next RV camping adventure.
