HOW WE HELPED:
Our People Operations Team was engaged to perform an HR Audit. We took a look “under the hood” and reviewed existing documentation, processes and procedures, and people frameworks to put together a detailed report on areas where Sectra Canada was doing well, but more importantly opportunities for improvement and key pieces that didn’t exist at the moment.
The audit exercise helped to uncover some key areas of improvement that would help Sectra Canada provide a greater candidate and employee experience that is consistent with Sectra's already amazing culture, and also maximize every opportunity to promote Sectra Canada as an employer of choice.
We worked with the client to co-create a roadmap to implement some key improvements, including:
Revamped job ads to showcase Sectra Canada as an employer of choice
Optimized interview guide to provide a more streamlined recruitment process and consistent candidate experience
Overhauled offer letter template with a wow factor
Improved employment and contractor agreements
Upgraded new hire onboarding checklists for a smoother onboarding process
Enhanced employee handbook for consistent employer brand messaging
